"Looks Good"

I had Kenna help me pick the background for the blog. When it was all done, she turned to me and said "Well that looks good. All done now." Then a few minutes later, while looking at a picture of Bev, she told me- "Looks Good." I guess that is her new saying now.

A almost 3 year old's mind...

Warren: "Kenna it is time to get out of the tub."
Kenna: "Not yet. I am watching the alligators drink the water." (The water was going down the drain.)
Warren: "What alligators?"
Kenna: "Those down there!"
Warren: "Who told you that alligators are down there?
Kenna: "Diane." (We called Diane and asked if she told Kenna that- She didn't.)

What a Character!

Earlier I was sitting on the floor next to Kenna and she was playing with her legos. She handed me what she had built and said "Tall, tall." I didn't realize that she even knew that word-and she did- and even the meaning. A little later she got in the hall drawer- which is a first and she grabbed a brush. When I asked her what she was doing she said "sit, brush." She wanted me to sit down so she could brush my hair. I was cooking steaks at the time and asked her if she could smell them. She put her nose in the air and started to sniff. It was really funny to watch and I laughed. Without knowing what I was laughing at she started laughing also. Don't you just love a 2 year old's mind?

Kenna talks...

We were showing Kenna pictures on the blog and she said Mindy's name. Then I showed her Emily's picture and she said "Em". Then I showed her Bev's picture and she smiled and said "Em!"
